The CSG 2008 Annual Conference

When: July 16, 2008 (Wednesday pm) through July 20, 2008 (Sunday am). Associated with the
meeting room is a bathroom for our private use.

Food & drink: The eating room is in the next room and we can walk into it from the meeting room. There will be a morning, lunch and dinner buffet in this adjoining room.  There will be a midmorning and midevening snack and drinks provided as part of the food costs.

Conference Cost: For each attendee, the cost will be $300 whether you stay for the whole conference or just part of it. . This will include the cost of annual membership to the CSG. This fee includes all food costs for the entire conference.

Room Cost: Each attendee will pay for his/her hotel room. The CSG attendees will be receiving a reduced rate of $99 per day plus tax for the hotel rooms. Each participant will call the hotel at the above number and make reservations by June 27, 2008.
The facilities are very comfortable. There is an outdoor pool and exercise room. There will be minimal walking because everything takes place in the hotel.

For people who want to explore Philadelphia or Atlantic City, there is an AVIS car rental
Place within the hotel.

Given the size of the meeting rooms, registration will be cut off at 30 people.
